What people say
Feedback from clients, colleagues, and collaborators I've worked with.
Simon brought clarity to a product that had been directionless for months. Within weeks we had a sharp roadmap, aligned stakeholders, and a team that finally understood what we were building and why.
Working with Simon was a masterclass in product thinking. He asked the right questions, challenged our assumptions, and helped us cut scope without losing value. Highly recommend for any early-stage team.
Simon has a rare ability to bridge the gap between business goals and technical reality. He helped us prioritise ruthlessly, ship faster, and keep the team energised through a demanding launch period.
I've worked with many consultants but Simon stands out. He doesn't just give advice. He gets in the trenches with you, understands the nuance of your product and your users, and delivers real, actionable output.
Simon mentored me through my first PM role and his frameworks completely changed how I approach product discovery. Structured, empathetic, and always outcome-focused. The best thinking partner I've had.
Outstanding product consultant. Simon delivered a complete product audit and roadmap overhaul in two weeks. 100% job success isn't an accident. It's his standard.

About Simon Sovic
Product manager and builder focused on creating products that matter.
I'm a product manager and CEO with a decade of experience leading product development across SaaS platforms, marketplaces, and consumer apps. My approach to product management centres on deep customer understanding, rapid iteration, and data-informed decision making.
Throughout my career I've owned the full product lifecycle, from discovery and user research through to roadmap prioritisation, cross-functional delivery, and post-launch optimisation. I've worked with engineering teams of 3 to 30+ and built products used by thousands of people.
As a product strategy consultant, I help founders and product leaders cut through ambiguity, make better build decisions, and create the kind of clarity that lets teams move fast. Whether it's defining a product roadmap, running a product audit, or coaching a PM team, I bring a structured, outcomes-driven perspective.
When I'm not building, I'm writing about product management, sharing frameworks, case studies, and honest takes on what it takes to ship great software. I also create PM templates and tools to help product managers at every stage of their career.
